| The Arts & Architecture classification was, technically, introduced by Department 56 in 2017. This “umbrella” term encompasses and showcases specific lighted buildings that were influenced by their artistic details and distinct architectural characteristics. Several designs were grandfathered in, having been previously introduced, and do not bear the special bottom stamp or packaging reference used from 2017 forward.
